Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release

By initialing this waiver, I agree to provide volunteer support to the Bainbridge Island Parks Foundation for the following activity:

Halls Hill Lookout & Labyrinth

I understand that there are dangers and risks inherent in this activity, including but not limited to, the risk of serious physical injury, death or other harmful consequences that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation.  Being informed as to these risks and in consideration of the Bainbridge Island Parks Foundation allowing my participation in this activity, I assume all risk of injury, damage and harm that may arise from my participation in this activity.  I further agree to release and hold harmless the Bainbridge Island Parks Foundation, their directors, employees, and agents and agree to waive any right of recovery that I may have to bring a claim or lawsuit for damages for any personal injury, death.

With a full understanding of the risks that may attend my participation, I freely volunteer to participate in the activity listed above.

Additionally, by initialing this form I grant Bainbridge Island Parks Foundation (Parks Foundation), its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and/or my property (if applicable).  I further authorize Parks Foundation, its assignees and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.  I agree that Parks Foundation may use such photographs of me and/or my property with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, website and social media content.
